Yogathon 2023

On the occasion of the International Day of Yoga, our students from Sona Medical College of Naturopathy and Yoga actively took part in the Yogathon event organized by the Rotary Club of Salem at Gandhi Stadium on June 18, 2023. As many as approximately 300 individuals joined us to be familiarised with the benefits of yoga and naturopathy.
The event commenced with a demonstration of the Common Yoga Postures, followed by captivating yoga dance performances by our talented students.
To conclude the program, we also conducted an energetic Zumba session, which is a fitness dance routine.
