Sai rithesh gave the welcome address and presented the introduction of chandranamaskar , difference between chandranamaskar and Surya namaskar , benefits of moon light .
Abinesh and Anuprakash demonstrated the chandranamaskar .
Asihwarya explained the benefits , awareness and contraindications of chandranamaskar.
Srinivasa Prabhu highlighted difference between Chandra & Surya namaskaras in relation to nadis.
The session ended up with the vote of thanks by Mohanarangan.
