Fit India Moment content: Fit India moment was launched on 29th August By honorable prime minister , this year’s theme is ” hum fit toh India fit”, a fitter, healthier, happier together aicte challenge organized by thiagarajar polytechnic college . All students of thiagarajar polytechnic College have participated and performed pranayama, with the support and guidance of Sona Medical College of Naturopathy and Yoga.
