Rajendran\, Hon’ble Minister for Tourism\, Government of Tamil Nadu. The Minister was welcomed by Sri. C. Valliappa\, Chairman\, and Mr. Thyagu Valliappa\, Vice-Chairman\, Sona Institutions & Managing Trustee\, SMCNY. He appreciated Sona’s holistic ecosystem that integrates naturopathy\, organic farming\, wellness tourism\, and community healthcare. The Minister also inaugurated the Sona Reflexology Track\, experienced its barefoot acupressure benefits\, and explored the vibrant Organic Flea Market featuring organic farmers\, artisans\, and natural lifestyle brands. \nA key highlight of the event was the launch of ‘Sona Heal on Wheels’ in partnership with Volvo—an innovative mobile wellness unit delivering naturopathy\, yoga\, and preventive healthcare to rural communities across Tamil Nadu. DESCRIPTION:In honour of our honorable Chairman\, Mr.C.Valliappa’s 80th birthday\, the Sona Medical College of Naturopathy and Yoga organised a free medical camp & blood donation camp for the people around Kandarkula Manikam\, Attayampatty & Kakapalayam. More than 300 people got benefitted out of this camp. The medical officers advised the people for various health related issues and offered natural remedies for the patients.
