The event reflected the institution’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded healthcare professionals in the fields of naturopathy and yoga. \n\nSpeakers Club – Student Knowledge Sharing Forum\nThe Speakers Club organized an engaging Speaker Forum\, providing students with a platform to enhance public speaking skills and share scientific knowledge. \n\n\nMr. Bharath Guhan (Haridra Batch) delivered an insightful presentation on “Chronic Psychological Stress and Its Effect on Telomeres”\, explaining how long-term stress influences cellular aging and health. \n\n\nMs. Lavanya (Ashwa Batch) spoke on “Vitality”\, emphasizing the importance of physical\, mental\, and emotional well-being in leading a balanced life. \n\n\nThese sessions encouraged critical thinking\, communication skills\, and evidence-based learning among students. \n\nNutrition Club – Therapeutic Diet Planning\nThe Nutrition Club conducted an informative session where students prepared and presented therapeutic diet plans tailored for various health conditions. The activity highlighted the role of clinical nutrition and diet therapy in disease prevention and health promotion\, reinforcing the principles of naturopathic nutrition. \n\nSO YOGA Club – Pranayama and Relaxation Practices\nThe SO YOGA Club organized practical demonstrations of pranayama and relaxation techniques.
